J&S Air, Inc. in South Arlington; is immediately seeking a detailed, organized Office Admin.  

This temp position is expected to last 3 to 4 months - Contracted Labor 1099 tax form.

Reporting to the New Construction Manager, daily duties will include:

  • Scheduling and Dispatching Installers
  • Scheduling return trips with Builders / Clients
  • Maintaining and forecasting schedule, often 2-3 days in advance
  • Essential office functions including filing and data entry
  • Maintaining Client database, importing data as needed for accuracy
  • Regularly communicating with department Managers, Colleagues, and Clients
  • Assisting Accounting by maintenance billing information and providing necessary documents as needed
  • Preparing invoices and timecards

 The Ideal Candidate:

  • Is familiar with the area without assistance of a map
  • Can effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Has a minimum of 2 years' experience in Dispatching, Customer Service, or Project Management, Home Service Industry experience preferred
  • Is organized and can consistently display superior Customer Service
  • Is mature and dependable

 Background and Drug Screening will be done before an offer is made.
