Come work for one of the fastest growing Heating and Air companies in the Dallas & Fort Worth area! We are looking to add an In-Store Sales Rep to our team. If you are out-going, confident and enjoy working independently, this job is for you! For this position, we offer a base pay of $10.00/hr + a 1% commission on sales ranging from $6,000-$8,000. This position is part-time. While this position requires you to work Thursday Sunday each week, the actual scheduled hours per day are flexible. There is a lot of opportunity in this industry and many sales-minded individuals enjoy learning and growing in this area.

A Day in the Life of our In-Store Sales Rep:

Individuals working in this position are sent to a few different locations of a major home improvement retail store (Costco) to generate leads by collecting basic contact details from customers. We are looking for someone who can confidently approach store goers and initiate conversations that lead to the end goal of collecting their contact details. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who strive to consistently reach their goals and challenge the status quo. This does not require a lot of fact-finding and time per customer. We will train you on how to easily approach customers and gather the needed information. Armed with our proven knowledge of how to succeed in this position, this is actually a really easy sales job for someone who enjoys talking to customers face to face.

In-Store Sales Rep Lead Generator Job Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work from Thursday - Sunday as this is when you will get the most leads
  • Must be comfortable in a home improvement environment
  • Must be able to approach customers with professionalism and confidence
  • Previous experience in a retail sales role is a big plus
  • Business casual dress - no jeans and dressier shoes
  • Background checks and drug tests are part of our hiring process
